Ingredients
- ½ cup Butter, softened
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup White Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tablespoon Sour Cream
- 1 mashed Banana
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 cups Plain Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Bicarb Soda
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Apples, cored and chopped
- ½ cup Chopped Walnuts or pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 Celsius. Cream butter and sugars, and beat in eggs. Stir in sour cream, banana and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, bicarb soda and cinnamon.
- Gradually add to butter mixture. Gently stir in apples and nuts. Spoon into greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
