Bikies Bread - Beer Bread
This is a beer bread recipe my dad used to make when I was young.

Ingredients
- 3 cups of SR Flour (I often use half wholemeal)
- half a teaspoon o salt
- 1 stubbie of beer (not light) About 350 - 400ml
Instructions
- Mix together and pour into a loaf pan that has been well greased. Sprinkle with some grated cheese. One large loaf should take about 50 - 60 mins in a 200 C oven. Bake until browning.
