Ingredients
- 30g butter
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sweet sherry
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- ¼ cream
Instructions
- Melt butter in a small saucepan, add flour and cook for a few minutes. Gradually add milk , stirring continuously until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in sherry, brandy sugar and cream. Reheat but do not let it boil. Makes about 1 cup.
