Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons (or 115 grams) butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 dessertspoon golden syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup self-raising flour
Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugar then mix in all the other ingredients. Form into walnut sized balls, press down with a fork onto a greased baking tray. Bake until cooked in a moderate oven.
