Caraway Seed Cake
  • 250g butter
  • 3 cups self raising flour, sifted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup milk, approx.
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
  1. Grease and paper line the base of a 23cm Spring form Pan. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs very gradually and flour, alternately with enough milk to make a dropping consistentency. Add caraway seeds and spoon into prepared Pan. Bake in a moderately hot oven (180 C) for 1 hour or until cooked.
