- 500g chicken breast
- ¼ cup of teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 15g butter
- 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander

- rice to serve
- Place sliced chicken breast in a bowl.
- Add teriyaki sauce, honey and butter.
- Toss through coriander.
- Stir-fry with Asian greens. Serve with rice.
