Ingredients
- ½ cup pine nuts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup fresh coriander
- 2 tablespoons garlic chive
- two small chilis.
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
- Finely grind or process ½ cup pine nuts with 1 cup grated parmesan cheese and ⅓ cup fresh coriander, 2 tablesppons garlic chives and two small chilis.
- Slowly add ⅓ cup olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon juice while processing it until well combined.
- Toss through hot pasta and serve.
