Caramel Fingers
 
Ingredients
  • 250g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup mixed fruit
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1½ cups self raising flour
  • nuts
Instructions
  1. Melt butter and sugar in a saucepan, pour into bowl when cool, add egg and beat well until mixed. Stir in flour, fruit and nuts. Spread in greased slab tin and bake until golden brown. Ice while hot with chocolate icing.
