Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped ham or bacon
- 1 egg, beaten 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- dry breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon butter
- oil or fat for frying
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash with a fork. Add ham, parsley, butter, salt and pepper. Put the halves together, roll in flour, then in egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry in hot fat or oil.
