Lemonade Scones

Lemonade Scones
  • 3 cups of S.R. Flour
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup of Lemonade. (not flat)
  • sultana's optional
  1. Mix flour, a few sultana's if used and cream and lemonade. Mixture will be soft
  2. Turn onto a lightly floured board. pat down, do not roll, makes 12 scones.
  3. Brush tops with milk or egg wash
  4. Place on tray and put into a hot oven 220 for about 10mins until tops are golden.
