- 10g lemon gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 400g evaporated milk
- 1 pie crust
- Mix lemon gelatin and boiling water then chill slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; set aside.
- In another bowl, whip the sweetened condensed milk until stiff.
- Add the gelatin mixture to the cream cheese, then fold into the whipped sweetened condensed milk.
- Pour into the prepared crust. Chill overnight.
