Ingredients
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 cloved of garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ½ cup of salami, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup red wine
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- Fettucine or favourite pasta
Instructions
- Fry the onion and garlic in the oil. Add the salami and cook for 2 mins. Stir in tomato and wine and season if desired, simmer for 6 mins.
- Stir in chopped basil and then stir through your favourite pasta.
