- 1 cup self raising flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
- 15g butter
- Boil water. Pour into a cup with butter and stir till melted.
- Pour into a bowl with flour and salt mix into a dough. (If requied add more water)
- Knead lightly and roll out as thinly as possible.
- Cut into squares and season with herbs and spices (mixed herbs, tumeric, salt, pepper, paprika etc. etc.)
- Bake in a hot oven (200°c) for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
