Savoury Biscuits
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 15g butter
  1. Boil water. Pour into a cup with butter and stir till melted.
  2. Pour into a bowl with flour and salt mix into a dough. (If requied add more water)
  3. Knead lightly and roll out as thinly as possible.
  4. Cut into squares and season with herbs and spices (mixed herbs, tumeric, salt, pepper, paprika etc. etc.)
  5. Bake in a hot oven (200°c) for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
