Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 40g butter
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Beat eggs and add salt and pepper. Melt butter in a saucepan and pour in the eggs Stir over a low heat until nearly set. Serve immediately on hot buttered toast. Chopped ham, tomato, cheese or chopped parsley may be added
