Simple scones

  • 3 cup flour
  • 4 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 egg
  • pinch salt
  • 3 level tablespoon powdered milk
  • water
Instructions
  1. Mix flour, powdered milk, salt rub in margarine, mix in between egg and water, but do not over mix.
  2. Knead lightly and roll about 4cm thick. Use a cookie cutter or floured drinking glass to cut rounds. Then place on a lined tray and bake at 190 c for about 15 mins or until slightly golden.
  3. Serve cut in half with jam and cream.
