Ingredients
- 470g can apricot nectar
- 1 packet french onion soup
- ½ tsp salt
- pinch pepper
- 1.5kg chicken pieces
Instructions
- Mix the nectar, soup, salt and pepper. Place the chicken in a casserole dish and pour over the liquid. Cover and cook for 1 hour at 200C. Uncover and cook for 30 mins more or until the chicken is cooked. Serve with rice.
