Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 300ml cream
- 300ml plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons clear honey
- Almonds
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Whip the cream until fluffy.
- Peel and slice bananas.
- Mash in another bowl with a fork.
- Stir in the honey, yogurt and lemon juice.
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- Serve in small bowls, sprinkled with almonds.
