- For each serving:
- Thick rump steak (at least 4cm)
- 6 fresh oysters
- Trim any extra fat from the steak. Cut a pocket through the side of each one and stuff with oysters. Hold the opening closed with toothpicks or small skewers.
- Season both sides of the steak and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat a grill and brush with oil. Cook on high heat on each side till brown. Lower the heat and cook until done the way prefer.
- Remove the skewers and serve.
