Ingredients
- 1 cup of plain or wholemeal flour
- pinch salt
- ¾ cup of milk-more if wholemeal
- 1 cup of coconut-desicated is best
- tble sp of oil
Instructions
- Mix all in a bowl, pour into a greased or baking paper lined tin.
- Bake at 150c for an hour then 170-180c for 20-30mins
- Slice and eat warm with butter or cool and slice and use like toast for breakfast...with lots of butter
