- 1 Kilo Beef mince
- 1 Onion - chopped finely
- 2 cloves garlic - chopped finely
- Grated Carrot & Zucchinni if desired
- 2 eggs
- Wash hands and mix all ingredients together by hand squeezing the eggs thoroughly through. Form rissoles (about a handful each) Roll in flour. Brown each side in a hot frypan, then lower heat until cooked.
