Garlic Prawns
  • 5 green king prawns
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 small chilli
  1. Put the oil in a small ovenproof dish and heat until sizzling.
  2. Add crushed garlic, halved chilli and shelled prawns.
  3. Cook in moderately hot oven until the prawns turn pink.
  4. Serve while the oil is still sizzling.
