Easy Rissoles
  • 1 Kilo Beef mince
  • 1 Onion - chopped finely
  • 2 cloves garlic - chopped finely
  • Grated Carrot & Zucchinni if desired
  • 2 eggs
  1. Wash hands and mix all ingredients together by hand squeezing the eggs thoroughly through. Form rissoles (about a handful each) Roll in flour. Brown each side in a hot frypan, then lower heat until cooked.
