- 5 green king prawns
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 small chilli
- Put the oil in a small ovenproof dish and heat until sizzling.
- Add crushed garlic, halved chilli and shelled prawns.
- Cook in moderately hot oven until the prawns turn pink.
- Serve while the oil is still sizzling.
