- 3 cup flour
- 4 tablespoon margarine
- 1 egg
- pinch salt
- 3 level tablespoon powdered milk
- Mix flour, powdered milk, salt rub in margarine, mix in between egg and water, but do not over mix.
- Knead lightly and roll about 4cm thick. Use a cookie cutter or floured drinking glass to cut rounds. Then place on a lined tray and bake at 190 c for about 15 mins or until slightly golden.
- Serve cut in half with jam and cream.
